This conjunction transit culminated on November 2, 2008 but was been in progress since late February of 2006. This long conjunction of Neptune to Mars Node will continue until next year but is finally beginning to wane.
Now that Neptune is moving forward again a very interesting rebirth will begin taking place in the World Economy.
Neptune rules Pisces. Pisces the Social Survival dynamic is why people like quadriplegics are with us today. In our not to distant past history these disabled people were just left to die or even be killed by doctors or the Establishment as a burden to society.

Astrologically, What caused the financial crisis in the first place? Neptune going into Aquarius.
Keep in mind that Capitalism is a corrupt system just like Communism but with a lot more frills for those who chase the money and greed. Neptune entered the sign of Aquarius on January 29, 1998. It has taken over 10 years for all the new shenanigans that began at that time to be revealed by Neptune's prolonged contact Squaring the Node of Mars. When Neptune leaves Aquarius for 156 years on February 4, 2012, the beginning of the end is finally near. Or as the old proverb says There's Light at The End of The Tunnel.
Neptune spends about 14 years in each sign of the Zodiac.
It will be a very different world the next time Neptune is in this territory of the Zodiac.
How much of what was hidden from view has still yet to be disclosed? Almost every week there is another revelation of massive greed and dishonesty. In fact, these disclosures will likely take place through part of 2012 when Neptune goes into Pisces, its home sign. 2012 is also when the Mayan's predicted a major change on Planet Earth.

Let 30-35 million immigrants into the country in the next year and this country will go crazy with activity. BTW, you anti-immigration morons are partially responsible for the financial crash. Unless you are a Native American you are an immigrant too, Bozo. One of the reasons this recovery will take longer is because so many illegal's went home. With the financial crash and all the hassles from Uncle Sam, why not go home. It's much easier to be poor near your family.
Anything that is done needs to take into account the movement of Pluto into Capricorn which began on November 27, 2008. This transit is likely to be a difficult time for both the wealthy and the Establishment. It seems that those folks can no longer be trusted with our money and future.
Maybe it time for MAJOR change in our Government. Its time for the people to take back over.
America!!!! It's time to call for a new Constitutional Convention where the people can really speak out and get things going back in the right direction. All American governments need to quit with the silly stuff not just the Fed's, i.e. deporting a dead soldiers foreign born wife and an American's foreign born mother of his child. The States' and County's are just a silly.
The Federal Marijuana laws are also stupid. Pot is legal in 9 States and the Federal Government shouldn't be allowed to over rule their States Rights
